Job Description

- **Costing & Budgeting:** Oversee the costing process, manage the annual budget, and review expenditures to maintain financial discipline.
- **Statutory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including company law, tax, and internal audit processes.
- **Team Management:** Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration with other departments.
- **Audit & Risk Management:** Oversee internal, statutory, and tax audits, and manage risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's assets.
- **Financial Decision Support:** Provide financial insights and analysis to support key decision-making at the executive level and in board meetings.
- **Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:** Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- **Education & Experience:** Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must with 15-20 years of finance experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- **Technical Skills:** Robust knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in company law, taxation, and statutory regulations.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent communication, strong leadership, and team management abilities.
- **Additional Qualities:** High integrity, transparency, proactive problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
