Job Description
As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the companys vision and growth objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and overseeing brand positioning, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, ensuring seamless execution across all functions.
- Aligning marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive business impact.
- Overseeing digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and PR strategies.
- Developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Utilizing data analytics, market insights, and customer feedback to refine and optimize strategies.
- Driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and community engagement in target markets.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to maintain a strategic edge.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS or technology-driven industries.
