Chartered Accountant

Role Overview: As a Chartered Accountant (CA) at CoffeeWeb Technologies Private Limited, you will be an integral part of the in-house finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide financial insights to senior management. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and cash flow management to support the company's operational and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct statutory audits, review financial statements, and communicate audit findings to senior management. - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. - Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, monitor performance, and identify cost optimization opportunities. - Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, and implement internal controls. - Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate investment opportunities. - Develop tax strategies, file tax returns, and stay updated on changes in tax legislation. - Manage cash flow projections, optimize cash management processes, and support operational requirements. Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience. - Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations. - Basic to intermediate proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. - High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity in financial practices.
