As a full-time Chartered Accountant (CA) based onsite in Chennai, specializing in the Solar Energy Sector, your role will involve: - Preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports - Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and international financial standards - Conducting audits and analyzing financial performance - Working closely with project teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial risks - Identifying cost optimization opportunities and preparing financial strategies for cross-border solar energy transactions Qualifications required for this role include: - Solid grasp of financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance standards - Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and tax filings - Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, cost analysis, and financial risk assessment - Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools, such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar financial systems - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and client interaction - Chartered Accountant certification (CA) and familiarity with UAE and Indias energy sector regulations are highly valued - Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is a significant advantage The job location for this role is in Chennai, with opportunities for cross-border market dynamics and impactful contributions to the renewable energy sector.
