Role Overview:
As the Financial Director, your main responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term growth objectives. You will lead capital-raising efforts, manage relationships with investors, and identify financing opportunities to support expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy in alignment with the company's long-term growth objectives.
- Lead capital-raising efforts (equity & debt) and manage relationships with investors.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, including deal structuring, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide data-driven insights.
- Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and board members, effectively communicating financial performance and business strategy.
- Ensure the company adheres to financial regulations, manages risk effectively, and maintains robust internal controls.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize unit economics, enhance financial efficiency, and drive profitability.
Qualifications Required:
- 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance, preferably covering the Internet or Technology sector.
- Proven track record of executing high-value M&A transactions, capital raises, or IPOs.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and capital markets dynamics.
- Experience working with or advising high-growth Internet/technology companies is highly preferred.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with investors, board members, and internal leadership teams.
- Educational background of Tier 1 MBA / CFA / CA.
