As a Finance Officer, your role will involve organizing and updating financial records, both in digital and physical formats. You will be responsible for analyzing transactions, preparing reports, and conducting regular detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments. Forecasting revenue, analyzing profit margins, overseeing ledger reconciliation, and managing accounts payable/receivable will also be key responsibilities in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical) - Analyze transactions and prepare reports - Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments - Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins - Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable - Participate in budgeting processes - Brief senior managers regularly on the companys financial status - Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns - Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly - Keep company financial information confidential - Establish accounting policies and procedures - Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role - Solid understanding of financial management principles - Proficient in accounting software and MS Office - Excellent analytical and numerical skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field In addition, the company offers Provident Fund benefits and the work location is in person.
