Campus Manager

Manage day-to-day IT operations across campus facilities, including network infrastructure, servers, hardware maintenance, software deployments, and end-user support for students and faculty.

Supervise IT staff, technical support teams, and campus operations personnel; handle hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling to ensure 24/7 system availability.

Oversee campus-wide IT projects such as system upgrades, cybersecurity implementations, cloud migrations, and technology integrations while staying within budget and timelines.

Coordinate facilities management specific to IT environments (data centers, labs, classrooms), including vendor contracts for hardware procurement, maintenance, and security systems.

Drive student and faculty technology adoption through training sessions, helpdesk operations, and IT orientation programs; monitor user satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

Track IT KPIs like system uptime, ticket resolution time, cybersecurity incidents, and budget utilization; prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, IT Act India), conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement disaster recovery and backup protocols.

Collaborate with academic departments for edtech tools, lab setups, and program-specific IT needs; support recruitment events with IT infrastructure.

Manage campus budgets for IT resources, negotiate with vendors, and recommend technology roadmaps aligned with institutional goals.

Handle emergency IT incidents, crisis response, and continuous improvements using tools like ERP systems or IT service management software.
