As an experienced analytics professional at Citi, you will be part of the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team. Here is what you will be expected to do: **Role Overview:** Citi AIM is a global community that connects and analyzes information to create actionable intelligence for business leaders. Your role will involve analyzing customer level transactions, extracting insights, identifying business opportunities, and building predictive models using big data tools and machine learning algorithms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create client-centric analytic solutions to business problems with a holistic view of multiple businesses. - Own and deliver multiple complex analytic projects by understanding business context, converting business problems into modeling, and implementing solutions. - Be a domain expert in subfields such as new customer acquisition, existing customer management, and more. - Stay updated with the latest use cases of machine learning and deep learning algorithms. - Utilize statistical mindset for basic statistics, hypothesis testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling. - Translate technical thoughts to a larger audience and contribute to organizational initiatives. - Possess strong project management skills and the ability to coach and mentor juniors. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of experience in data analytics, or Masters Degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD. - Hands-on experience in Python or R programming and strong SQL skills. - Comfortable working with Pandas and Numpy for data analysis. - Experience in working with large datasets, data warehouses, and implementing Machine learning algorithms. - Strong background in Statistical Analysis and previous work in image classification and object detection. - Self-motivated with the ability to implement innovative solutions at a fast pace. - Experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning software frameworks.
