Job Description
As the Growth & Partnerships Executive at Ivy & Prime, you will play a crucial role in driving ecosystem expansion across creators, B2B partners, and the health vertical. Your responsibilities will include partner and creator onboarding, telehealth onboarding, B2B outreach and partnership expansion, community building and network operations, as well as social commerce growth and campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner & Creator Onboarding
- Identify, approach, and onboard verified professionals and creators such as doctors, sellers, consultants, and service providers.
- Create tiered onboarding programs including "Verified," "Elite," and "Everyday Noble" tiers.
- Develop partnership decks, outreach templates, and incentive structures.
- Telehealth Onboarding
- Identify, verify, and onboard doctors, clinics, and pharmacies into the Heal Match telehealth and pharmacy network.
- Ensure licensing, documentation, and verification of healthcare partners in coordination with compliance and operations.
- Educate pharmacies on digital prescription workflows, generic exports, and cross-border pharmacy opportunities.
- B2B Outreach & Partnership Expansion
- Approach brands, service providers, and agencies for co-branded campaigns.
- Negotiate partnerships with clinics, boutique stores, or wellness providers to join Ivy & Primes B2B platform.
- Develop affiliate, referral, and revenue-sharing frameworks.
- Community Building & Network Operations
- Build Ivy & Primes creator-business community via platforms like Telegram, Discord, or in-app chat groups.
- Organize events, meetups, challenges, referral drives, and content collaborations.
- Collaborate with the tech team to develop community reward or gamification systems.
- Social Commerce Growth & Campaign Strategy
- Launch viral UGC and creator campaigns to promote Ivy & Primes themes.
- Manage social media pages and influencer pipelines.
- Collaborate with AI/marketing to design content templates, hashtags, and trends.
- Track performance metrics including engagement, creator conversions, and user activation rates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a growth professional with 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, healthcare business development, or creator growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, telehealth platforms, and pharmacy operations. Experience in managing campaigns that combine community and commerce is preferred. Proficiency in using Notion, Canva, CRM tools, and AI productivity platforms is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Candidates with a B. Tech / B. E. background are preferred.
