Role Overview:
As a Business Development professional at OXYZO Financial Services Ltd., you will play a crucial role in expanding the Emerging Enterprise Lending vertical focusing on clients in the INR 250 - 750 Crs topline range across various sectors. Your main responsibilities will include client acquisition, relationship management, and deal structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Emerging Enterprise clients in the INR 250 - 750 Crs topline range across Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Power, etc. PAN India.
- Utilize existing regional networks to expand the portfolio and establish new relationships.
- Proficient in structuring deal notes, financial models, and cash flow projections to evaluate credit viability.
- Negotiate and structure transactions within lending frameworks, including term sheets, covenants, pricing, and security packages.
- Manage the end-to-end disbursement process, including documentation, legal and technical valuations, Escrow account Operationalization, and Charge sharing with other lenders.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities in new clusters, industries, and products.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: CA / MBA (Finance) from Tier I / Tier II Institutes.
- Experience: 3 years+ in NBFC Enterprising Lending.
- Strong exposure to sectors like Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Project Finance, etc.
- Proficiency in Client Coverage & financial modeling.
- Familiarity with bespoke financing structures such as Working Capital, Acquisition, Capex, Leasing, etc.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collective environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
