Business Intelligence Technical Lead

As a(n) HIS Business Intelligence Technical Lead at Solventum, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and evolving BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products on a global scale. Your impact in this role will include: - Leading the design, development, and evolution of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products for global customers - Implementing Enterprise analytics best practices, data models, semantic models, agentic and generative AI analytics solutions for global teams and customer base - Determining the BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices for delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions - Supporting Solventum HIS analytics development for both internal and external customers across the US and the globe, working closely with teams throughout Solventum to deliver data-driven products To excel in this role, Solventum requires the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of enterprise analytics software development experience - Minimum of 5 years of programming experience with data lakes, fabrics, or equivalent large data sets - Minimum 2 years as a senior technical leader of BI/Analytics programs supporting external customers globally Additionally, the following skills and expertise are desired: - Hands-on experience in designing full Analytics products and programs, including source to target mapping, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and visualization - Cloud development experience, particularly within the AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, EMR, Glue, Athena, Quicksight) - Knowledge of healthcare data and security concepts - Demonstrated experience in leading technical design and implementation across multiple teams - Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced analytics environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Furthermore, additional qualifications that could enhance your success in this role are: - Experience in Python, Spark, and EMR - Familiarity with Lakehouse and Fabric architecture - Proficiency in Open-Source tools such as Apache Arrow, Parquet, Nifi, Airflow, Superset - Demonstrated advancement of analytics to Agentic first pipelines such as Langchain - Highly motivated and a self-starter Solventum is dedicated to upholding integrity and professionalism in its recruitment process.
