Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Monk Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in driving international business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing outbound sales strategies, managing the complete sales cycle, pitching digital marketing and technology solutions to global clients, understanding client business goals, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and mentor junior business development executives if required. Key Responsibilities: - Drive international business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B opportunities - Develop and execute outbound sales strategies via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels - Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to negotiation and deal closure - Pitch digital marketing and technology solutions to global clients via virtual platforms - Understand client business goals and propose customized digital solutions - Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately - Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools - Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets - Mentor and guide junior business development executives, if required Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the Digital Marketing industry - Prior experience working with international clients and handling global B2B accounts - Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities - Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously - Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Proven track record of closing deals with overseas clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc. if applicable) Monk Outsourcing is a leading provider of advertising and digital marketing services, delivering end-to-end solutions including SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, and Web Development to global clients.
