Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Teceze, you will play a crucial role in driving new revenue growth across target markets for cyber security services. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, and achieving a minimum of USD $5M in annual new revenue by targeting mid-market and enterprise customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - **New Business Acquisition Cyber Security**: - Own the sales cycle for cyber security services including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Develop and execute territory and account plans to acquire new logos and strategic expansions. - **Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation**: - Drive outbound prospecting through various channels such as cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, events, and partner networks. - Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers to build and maintain a pipeline against the annual revenue target. - **Solution Selling Cyber Security Portfolio**: - Position and sell Teceze's cyber security offerings, including SOC Services, EDR, DLP, IAM, and Application Security. - Understand customer security posture, pain points, compliance requirements, and risk appetite to shape value-driven solutions and tailor proposals. - **Client Engagement & Travel**: - Spend up to 50% of your time travelling to meet clients and prospects in person. - Conduct workshops, presentations, discussions, and meetings to build long-term relationships and establish Teceze as a strategic partner. - **Commercials, Negotiation & Deal Management**: - Develop commercial proposals, pricing models, and deal structures aligned with company guidelines. - Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with legal, finance, and delivery teams for profitable growth. - **Forecasting, Reporting & Collaboration**: - Maintain accurate opportunities, pipeline stages, and forecasts in the CRM. - Provide regular updates and collaborate closely with marketing, presales, delivery, and leadership teams. Your experience of 7-12+ years in IT services/sales, with a focus on Cyber Security Services, along with strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills will be essential for success in this role. You should be comfortable with outbound prospecting, CRM tools, and have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant security certifications are a plus). Your high energy, self-driven nature, and willingness to travel up to 50% will be valuable assets in achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
