Job Description
As the Director/Head of Presales at Schneider Electric, you will play a crucial role in leading the Secure Power Presales teams in India. Your primary focus will be on enhancing digitization, connectivity, and solutioning for Edge opportunities, Micro DCs, Rack solutions, Integrated Racks, Row DCs, Racks/UPS/Cooling with containment (ISX and Hyperpod), and Remote Monitoring of multi sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the zone pre sales teams to drive digitization and solutioning for Edge opportunities and Micro DCs
- Providing on-time support for all solution requests for Cat C&D projects and Edge requirements
- Offering subject matter expertise in Secure Power products and system solutions for Data Center and C&I Transactional and Edge projects
- Partnering and enabling technical support for Channel Training, Channel Partner Programs, and Channel Consulting
- Collaborating with Global Customer Projects for Secure Power System Package and Tendering components
- Providing leadership in building an effective organization and developing a roadmap for the Transactional/Edge Data Centre business lifecycle
- Ensuring solutions offered for Edge opportunities comply with standards and achieve high customer satisfaction
- Managing resource strategies and building an ecosystem leveraging personnel skillsets
- Covering the end-to-end life cycle of opportunities for transactional and Edge projects
