Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Codash, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and strategic partnerships for the company's IT services and staffing solutions. Your proactive and results-driven approach will be key in identifying and targeting potential clients in IT services, digital engineering, and product development domains. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients in IT services, digital engineering, and product development domains. - Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outreach channels. - Initiate conversations and set up discovery calls with decision-makers (CTO, HR, Vendor Managers, Delivery Heads, etc.). - Promote Codashs services and negotiate commercials and engagement terms. - Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships. - Work closely with internal recruitment and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in IT Services / Staffing Sales / Business Development. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in client acquisition. - Understanding of technical roles such as .NET, Java, QA, DevOps, Frontend, etc. - Ability to generate leads independently. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc., and email outreach tools is a plus.
