Business Development Executive (Telesales)
Location: Faridabad, Haryana-121009
15K to 20K/month
Min Experience Required: 1 yr
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads
Make cold calls and pitch company services effectively
Close deals over the phone and convert leads into customers
Help customers with regular transactions and ongoing queries
Maintain records through CRM and follow structured sales processes
Required Skills
Fluent in Hindi and local/regional languages
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to confidently pitch over the phone
Organized and comfortable using CRM tools for data entry and tracking
Target-oriented with a proactive sales attitude
