As a Business Development Executive for the Medical and Mobility team, you will play a crucial role in introducing cutting-edge robotic physiotherapy equipment to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of business development, lead generation, relationship building, product demonstrations, customized solutions, negotiation, collaboration, sales tracking, industry knowledge, networking, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prioritize Target Markets: Conduct research to identify the most promising opportunities for business development in different industries and market segments.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through activities like networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Showcase the value of robotic physiotherapy solutions through demonstrations and persuasive sales pitches.
- Customized Solutions & Proposals: Develop tailored proposals that address clients' specific requirements in collaboration with internal teams.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations to secure profitable and beneficial deals for both parties.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates on progress.
- Industry Knowledge & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Networking & Lead Generation: Attend industry events to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Look for ways to enhance sales strategies, processes, and product offerings continually.

- Educational Qualifications: B. Tech in Bio Medical or MBA or any relevant field
- Experience: 3-8 years (Preferably in B2B Business)
