Business Analytics

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing complex projects end-to-end and providing strong technical and people leadership in the role of Business Analytics Lead at Wissen Technology. Your main focus will be on designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions within the banking and financial domain. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a passion for adopting modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Review, analyze, and resolve data quality issues across IM Data Architecture. - Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. - Manage onboarding of data from internal and external systems into the central data repository. - Work with Data Owners to define data quality rules and coordinate with IT to enhance DQ controls. - Conduct endtoend process analysis, including data flows and usage, to improve productivity and strengthen data governance. - Engage with business stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and resolve datarelated requirements and issues. - Document business requirements, functional specifications, and data use cases. - Manage change control processes and participate actively in UAT cycles. - Support implementation of data governance frameworks across initiatives. - Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks or data issues within project timelines. - Contribute to broader Data & Analytics Group (DAG) initiatives as needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to understand workflows and data usage. - Solid data analysis and data lineage tracing skills. - Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional virtual teams. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues from discovery to closure. - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle dynamic workloads. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelors degree required (additional relevant certifications preferred). - Strong domain knowledge of investment banking data. - 35 years of experience in financial services or related roles. - Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and profiling (mandatory). - Basic coding skills; Python knowledge preferred. - Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
