Business Analyst - Presales

As a Business Analyst Presales with 3-7 years of experience, your role involves leading client discovery workshops to comprehend business goals, pain points, and requirements. You will be responsible for converting high-level ideas into clear functional requirements, user stories, and gap analysis. Additionally, you will own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Your collaboration with solution architects and tech teams is crucial in defining the solution approach and effort estimates. Supporting pricing and commercials by identifying risks, dependencies, and assumptions will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will deliver client demos, POCs, and executive-level presentations while ensuring a smooth handover from sales to delivery with clear scope and expectations. Qualifications Required: - BE / MBA with 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in presales or consulting. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern tech stacks (Cloud, APIs, SaaS). Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): - CBAP / TOGAF certification. - Domain exposure to Automotive/Mobility, FinTech, Retail. - UI/UX prototyping skills (Figma / Adobe XD). - Prior experience in development or QA.
