Business Analyst - Application Development & Maintenance

As a Business Analyst - ADM (Application Development & Maintenance), your role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. You will be responsible for translating these requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Working closely with development, operations, and business stakeholders is crucial to ensure successful project delivery. Your understanding of application deployment processes and monitoring environments will be essential in supporting monitoring and observability initiatives using tools like Dynatrace and Moogsoft. Operating in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence, you will prepare and maintain documentation including BRD, FRD, and user stories to facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams. Your active participation in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review meetings will contribute to the overall project success.
