Job Description
As a Brand Marketing Senior Executive at MakeMyTrip, you will play a crucial role in driving rapid growth and market expansion by developing high-impact marketing assets that reflect the brand identity and deepen engagement with large enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Brand Stewardship:** Ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- **Strategic Brand Positioning:** Bridging product development and market success through strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- **Product & Campaign Support:** Assisting in the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and account-specific initiatives.
- **Content Development:** Creating compelling product narratives, sales collateral, blog content, emailers, and social media assets tailored for large accounts.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partnering with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align messaging with business objectives and customer needs.
- **Agency Coordination:** Working with external partners to maintain quality and timely delivery of creative outputs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and content work, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative and structured approach.
- Ability to simplify complex product propositions into clear, compelling visual and written communication.
- High ownership mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media tools.
- Proficiency in design and presentation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator PowerPoint, Google Slides) is a big Plus.

- Clear understanding of brand positioning and ability to maintain consistency across all communication.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex product offerings.
- Ability to execute product launches and marketing campaigns effectively and on time.
