Job Description
As a Brand Manager at Traya, you will play a crucial role in driving brand strategy, positioning, and execution across markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning brand equity across product, proposition, GTM, and communication.
- Acting as the custodian of the consumer and leading the generation of insights for the organization.
- Ensuring that customer insights influence product and communication decisions.
- Leading and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) from conception to implementation.
- Collaborating with Creative and Media buying agencies to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Innovating on marketing and communication channels, formats, and concepts through continuous experimentation, data analysis, and iteration.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- An MBA from a Tier-1 B School with at least 3 years of experience in FMCG, CPG, or Consumer Internet Brand Marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and leading Brand Strategy, including Brand Positioning and Go-to-Market Strategy.
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets to drive revenue, with a focus on ROI and attribution analysis.
- Strong background in Consumer Insighting and translating insights into Brand Strategy and Communication.
- Additional experience in Digital Marketing (such as performance marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing) would be advantageous.
