Job Description
As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating ideas into compelling visuals while maintaining brand consistency across various touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand brand objectives, project goals, and design requirements.
- Translating briefs and conceptual ideas into thoughtful and visually compelling brand design solutions.
- Contributing to the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring visual consistency across all design outputs.
- Designing visual assets and brand elements aligned with the brand's identity, tone, and communication style.
- Developing and maintaining brand guidelines, visual systems, and design standards for application across different platforms and products.
- Exploring and contributing new creative ideas to enhance the visual identity and storytelling of the brands you work on.
- Working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure consistent brand expression across product experiences and digital interfaces.
- Presenting design concepts and explaining visual decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Staying updated with design trends, typography, visual systems, and digital design practices to elevate the quality of work continuously.
- Maintaining well-organized design files and documentation of brand assets for future scalability and reference.
Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Graphic Designer, preferably in a design agency or digital product environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity design, and visual design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and brand strategies into clear and compelling visual outputs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A curious and creative mindset with a passion for visual design, branding, and digital aesthetics.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles will be considered a plus.
