Job Description
You will play a crucial role as a Brand Designer in building and enhancing our brand's presence on various social media platforms. Your focus will be on crafting visually appealing content that tells a story, maintains brand consistency, and resonates with our target audience to support our business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling content for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
- Establish and uphold a uniform brand identity across all digital channels.
- Create a wide range of social media creatives including posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, banners, and thumbnails.
- Translate marketing briefs and content ideas into powerful visual concepts.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and marketers to ensure alignment of visuals with messaging and campaigns.
- Customize designs for different platforms while adhering to brand consistency.
- Keep abreast of social media trends, design styles, and best practices on various platforms.
- Develop and manage brand templates, style guides, and design systems.
- Assist in branding requirements for digital ads, campaigns, and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or Social Media Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and brand design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
- Sound understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with social media formats, dimensions, and design principles for driving engagement.
- Ability to think creatively while aligning design choices with brand strategy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience in motion graphics, reels, or short-form video design.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, content strategy, or performance metrics.
- Previous exposure to working with startups, D2C brands, or digital-first businesses.
