Job Description
As a Manager - Agency in this role, you will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 - 10 sales managers in the Agency Channel. Your team of Sales Managers will be responsible for recruiting a team (Health Insurance Advisors) from your own social and qualified network. It will be your responsibility to train the team on industry standards with the support of the training department of Health Insurance Companies to ensure that the team is fully equipped to sell Health Insurance products in the market. Additionally, you will need to monitor the day-to-day activity, planning, and execution of the Agency team.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Age between 23 - 35 years
- At least 4 years of Agency Sales experience in the Insurance Sector
- At least 2 years of team handling experience
- Willingness to travel across the assigned locations
- Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity
- High on Honesty and Integrity
- Ready to Stretch and Achieve
