Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Field Sales IT Infrastructure
Location: Pune.
Salary :upto 03 -4.5 lac (LPA)
Experience: 1+ Years (IT Infrastructure Sales )
.It is a fast-growing IT Infrastructure & System Integration company, delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions across servers, networking, cybersecurity, storage, cloud, and data center solutions. We work closely with leading OEM partners to provide end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise and SME clients.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive who has hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure sales in the Pune market. The ideal candidate must have experience working with a System Integrator and should be capable of independently driving revenue and closing enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Pune.
Drive revenue growth through enterprise and SME IT Infrastructure sales.
Manage complete sales cycle: Lead Generation Client Meetings Proposal Negotiation Closure.
Engage with CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Promote and sell solutions from leading OEM partners.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with technical and presales teams for solution design and execution.
Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Integration sales.
Strong field sales experience in the Pune market (mandatory).

*Acer*
*Palo Alto*
*Sophos*

Proven ability to close enterprise or SME deals independently.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Understanding of servers, networking, cybersecurity, storage, and cloud solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and aggressive sales mindset.
*Own vehicle preferred for field visits.*
