Automation Tester (Python with Robot Framework)

As a Senior Test Analyst specializing in the Telecom domain, your role will involve designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You will play a crucial part in leading a team of test analysts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and developing automation test frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Telecom domain applications. - Lead and manage a team of test analysts, offering guidance on best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. - Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium and Python (Robot Framework). - Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts accordingly. - Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test reports. - Identify and report defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. - Participate in Agile delivery models, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software. Qualifications Required: - Manual Testing: 4-7 years of experience in designing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and defect management. - Automation Testing: 1-3 years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Python (Robot Framework mandatory). - Python with Robot Framework: Hands-on experience in developing and executing automated test scripts using Robot Framework. - SQL/Database Testing: 1+ years of experience in writing complex SQL queries for backend testing and data validation. - API Testing: 2-4 years of experience in API Testing using Postman or RestAssured. - Test Management Tools: 3-5 years of experience in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM. Nice to Have: - Experience in Telecom domain applications, especially in Retail (Oneview). - Leadership experience in managing a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
