Automation Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, programming, and testing automation systems. You will diagnose and rectify bugs within production code, contribute to creating high-level and low-level design specifications, and coordinate requirements gathering. Additionally, you will contribute to automating existing and future developments, explore possibilities in automation and tools, and implement automation delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, program, and test automation systems. - Diagnose and rectify bugs within production code. - Contribute to creating high-level and low-level design specifications. - Coordinate requirements gathering and gain sign-offs. - Contribute to automating existing and future developments. - Explore current possibilities in automation and tools. - Implement automation delivery processes. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in automation using Python. - Experience with Application Lifecycle Management. - Familiarity with Linux. - Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies. - Understanding of databases. - Programming skills in Python/Java. - Ability to work with CLI, GUI, OandM, Configuration, and Troubleshooting. - Experience in the Telecom Domain. - Knowledge of Software Project Management. - Proficiency in computer skills including Algorithm and Scripting. - Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Understanding of Machine Learning. - Experience with Scripting/Automation. - Familiarity with ITIL.
