Job Description
- Create 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD based on design requirements.
- Develop layout drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Select standard mechanical components like bearings, shafts, fasteners, etc.
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications, safety standards, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Coordinate with senior design engineers for design review and validation.
- Maintain proper document control of all design files and revisions.
