Asst. Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are required to have 2-3 years of experience in the gold & jewelry or luxury brands sector, specifically in the role of an assistant store manager. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring smooth operations of the store - Assisting the store manager in day-to-day activities - Managing inventory and stock levels - Providing excellent customer service - Training and supervising staff - Meeting sales targets and KPIs The qualification required for this role includes: - Previous experience in the gold & jewelry or luxury brands industry - Proven experience as an assistant store manager - Strong leadership and communication skills Please note that the budget for this position is 6-8 lpa with a 25% hike on the current CTC.
