Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the launch and follow-up of conversion projects within targeted end-users
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at site, regional decision-making levels, and with internal stakeholders
- Network effectively at local territory trade shows, exhibitions, industry forums, and reseller networks
- Identify and prioritize new business and business growth opportunities
- Conduct continuous account profiling with Sales Leaders and key end-users, recording relevant data in the CRM system
- Monitor distributor performance to maximize profile with distributor/end-user networks
- Direct sales activities through distributors for effective coverage in geographical areas and key trade segments
- Plan joint end-user engagement strategies with Distribution Manager and distributor teams
- Conduct regular sales meetings with distributors and end users to keep them informed of new developments
- Achieve profit objectives through pricing control and expense management
- Prepare sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts in a timely manner
- Monitor competitor activities and develop appropriate strategies in conjunction with sales leaders
- Achieve personal development plans and assist in special projects as directed by management
- Recommend changes in trade agreements, pricing, discount policies, credit arrangements, and conditions of sale
- Conduct business intelligence hunting, summarizing key market information/trends
- Supervise and train distributors staff in Ansell specific knowledge and procedures
- Assist in setting the strategic direction of the vertical together with the Vertical Consultant
- Support the TSMs
Qualifications:
- Preferably a bachelors degree in business or related fields
- Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in B2B environments
- Demonstrated experience in consultative selling methodologies
- Knowledge of distribution networks, dealership management, and industry networks
- Strong analytical, budgeting, reporting, negotiation, and project management skills
- Positive presentation, negotiation skills, customer focus, and commercial attitude
- Excellent communication, listening skills, and a solutions approach to problem-solving
