Associate Support Analyst

As an NOC engineer at Zinnia, you will be responsible for overseeing telecommunication networks and computer systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring the performance and capacity of network infrastructure, servers, routers, switches, and other devices. Performing regular checks on network hardware and software. Responding to alerts and hardware malfunctions for monitored systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting network and hardware errors. Quickly addressing critical alerts and following up with respective teams until resolution. Keeping track of all unresolved incidents/tickets and following up with different support teams within defined SLA. Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports. Performing deployment & patches on Tomcat & WebSphere environment. Managing network access control. Qualifications required for this role include: 0-1 year's experience in IT network systems. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle global customers. Strong diagnostic skills for server or network alerts, events, or issues. Willingness to work in 24X7 environments, rotating shifts, and rotating weekly offs. Experience in monitoring devices/services, networks, servers, and storage using monitoring tools like Nagios, Solar Winds, or Zabbix. Proficiency in preparing dynamic reports and presentations for meetings. Familiarity with conversion-related activities such as extraction, deletion, office duplication, migration, office creation, and FTP account creation using specialized tools. Experience in taking backups of client data.
