Role Overview:
At PwC, as an Associate in the financial statement audit team, your primary focus will be on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information to enhance credibility and reliability for various stakeholders. You will be responsible for evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance and risk management processes, and related controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute various engagements as a field in-charge
- Apply the Firms methodology while executing tasks
- Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth closure of projects on a timely basis
Qualifications Required:
- Thorough technical knowledge of Corporate Law, Accounting Standards, and Tax
- Basic understanding of Indirect tax, FEMA, and Transfer Pricing
- General business awareness
- Proficiency in Excel, presentation, and report writing
- Client handling skills
