Role Overview:
You will be joining Boeing India Engineering (BIE) Software team as an Associate Software Engineer focusing on Java FSD - React Native development. Your primary responsibility will be to support Cloud-based implementation projects for Boeing business units like BCA, BDS, and BGS. You will be involved in mobile and web app development using technologies like React JS, Node JS, React-Native, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Additionally, you will own software design decisions, deploy solutions on app stores, and drive development with technological decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile and web applications using React JS, Node JS, React-Native, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Own software design and architectural decisions
- Deploy solutions on Apple app store and Playstore
- Drive development with technological decisions in Library and environment selections
- Decompose Tier 3 System requirements into Tier 4 Software requirements
- Develop automated test scenarios for Tier 4 Software requirements
- Develop UI based on detailed design and perform unit testing
- Establish traceability from Tier 3 requirements to software code and test
- Perform peer reviews on System and Software Requirements, Design, Code, and Test
- Support project management by providing status updates and required metrics data
- Be a team player in the Agile team and participate in design and code reviews
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering
- Experience in ReactNative, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Foundation or Bootstrap
- Good command over Responsiveness design
- Familiarity with ReactNative Libraries and technologies like Expo, Redux, Expo router
- Experience with Mobile app IDE, Objective-C, X-code, Core Data, Layout design, Cocoa Touch, Debugging, and more
- Knowledge of Database technologies and cache mechanisms
- Expertise in Java, SOA, Spring/SpringBoot, Hibernate, Restful Web services, and Microservices
- Exposure to Azure Cloud
- Strong analytical and Systems Thinking skills
