Associate - Oracle Fusion Finance - Advisory - Gurgaon

In this role at PwC, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, which is an integrated financial management system covering processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Your responsibilities will include configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system to help clients optimize their operational efficiency. As part of the Technology Consulting - Business Applications - Oracle Practice team, you will leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating models, and best practices to deliver technology-enabled transformations to clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Managing business performance in today's complex and rapidly changing business environment - Ensuring streamlined E2E finance operations to adapt seamlessly to the changing business environment - Conducting process and design analysis - Performing business process reviews - Conducting fit gap analysis - Driving performance improvement - Assessing current and future states - Managing programs and change - Providing training and support - Managing people and teams Mandatory skill sets required for this role include proficiency in modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA & Lease accounting, CM, and Tax. Preferred skill sets involve being proficient in MS Excel, considering technology as an enabler of change, understanding finance processes across key tracks like R2R, P2P, and O2C, demonstrating sound knowledge of Accounting standards and regulatory requirements, having experience in a client-facing role, working independently with minimal oversight, maintaining a can-do attitude, promoting diversity and equality, and effectively developing, mentoring, and coaching teams. The role can be based in any location where PwC India has its offices but will require traveling to client locations as well. The ideal candidate should have a CA qualification and relevant experience in the field. Additionally, certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications and skills such as accepting feedback, accounting and financial reporting standards, business process improvement, communication, finance transformation, financial planning, and more would be beneficial.
