Key Responsibilities:

• Drive creativity and ideation of innovative campaigns to enhance brand positioning and deliver measurable results
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through strategic counsel, proactive communication, and exceeding expectations
• Achieve overall business targets and maintain client profitability through effective account mining and resource optimization
• Lead pitches and identify opportunities for growth, backed by thorough research and consumer understanding
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills through team retention, culture building, learning development initiatives, and strategic hiring decisions
• Maintain accountability for team performance and client deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional leadership for integrated solutions
• Possess in-depth knowledge of advertising and digital domains, brand and product knowledge, and industry/category expertise

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and client management, with at least 2+ years in a senior management role
• Proven track record of successful team leadership, business growth, and leading impactful campaigns
• Ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies
• Experience in new business development and pitch leadership
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and performance metrics
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• History of developing and maintaining C-suite level client relationships
• Leadership and team management capabilities
