Role Overview:
As an Associate in the Financial Due Diligence team at PwC, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your role will involve analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. You will be part of a vibrant community that leads with trust and creates distinctive outcomes for clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage projects of medium to large complexity
- Exhibit strong business acumen and analytical skills, particularly in audit
- Identify issues for purchase price adjustments, working capital, and debt adjustments
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Independently write deliverables and articulate points of view
- Build strong internal connections within the organization
- Possess technical proficiency in Indian GAAP/Indian Accounting standards
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with data and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.
- Exhibit the highest level of integrity
Qualification Required:
- Years of Experience: 1 3 years
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
