Role Overview:
Coupa is seeking a Data Quality & Management Specialist to join the team. As a Data Quality & Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data, specifically focusing on the SFDC ecosystem and Snowflake data warehouse. Your role will involve data stewardship, data analysis, enrichment & intelligence, as well as cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Stewardship: Take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of sales data within SFDC Sales Cloud to maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Data Analysis: Generate reports in SFDC and Snowflake, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making by leaders.
- Enrichment & Intelligence: Manage and integrate third-party data providers such as D&B and ZoomInfo to enhance lead, contact, and account intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to address data discrepancies and translate business requirements into technical data needs.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 4-7 years in Data Quality, Sales Operations, or Data Management.
- CRM: Proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud, including object relationships and data validation rules.
- Database: Intermediate SQL skills.
- Third-Party Data: Demonstrated experience in managing D&B and ZoomInfo integrations.
- Spreadsheets: Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Data Operations: Knowledge of data quality management in CRM and whitespace data analysis.
