Associate Consultant - TAX - National - TAX - Indirect Tax - Indirect Tax Global Trade

Role Overview: As an Associate Consultant in the TAX - Indirect Tax Global Trade team at EY, you will be part of a globally connected group of tax professionals dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of tax policies and laws worldwide. Your role will involve leveraging transformative technologies to deliver strategic solutions, manage tax and regulatory obligations, and drive sustainable value for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate technical excellence by having a strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading concepts, and hands-on experience in either Backend (Python) or Frontend Technologies (Angular). - Utilize expertise in design patterns, SQL Programming, ETL (SSIS), and have knowledge/experience in Machine learning & Modelling techniques. - Contribute to software development, DevOps, SCM, and ideally have prior insight into Customs and Indirect taxation. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Postgraduation in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics. - Experience in software development, DevOps, SCM. Prior experience or insight into Customs and Indirect taxation is desirable.
