Associate Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business and technical users to understand reporting and analytical requirements. - Break down high-level user needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements. - Design and maintain logical data models aligned to reporting needs. - Identify key entities, attributes, and relationships required for regulatory reporting. - Create detailed source-to-target mapping documents for BAP consumption. - Map data from multiple source systems to target tables and reporting layers. - Perform data validation using SQL. - Reconcile source vs target data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Core BA & Data Skills - Strong experience in logical data modeling. - Hands-on expertise in source-to-target mapping. - Excellent requirement elicitation and documentation skills. - Basic SQL for data analysis and validation. - Understanding of data warehouse and reporting architectures. Preferred Qualifications: - 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst. - Experience working on analytics platforms, data warehouses, or regulatory reporting solutions.
