Assistant Manager - Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst (Assistant Manager) at Obeetee Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Luxmi Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the Furniture, Carpet, and Tea divisions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support growth initiatives across different business verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and reconcile Profit & Loss statements, while assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Design and implement automated reporting solutions from SAP to reduce material wastage, improve production efficiency, and enhance visibility into operational metrics. - Monitor working capital performance by analyzing inventory turnover, aging reports, and raw material gaps against open orders. - Evaluate marketplace performance, advertising effectiveness, and channel-wise profitability. - Identify cost optimization opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations for business expansion and process improvement. - Work with stakeholders across divisions to align analytics insights with operational and strategic goals. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of financial statements - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI - Ability to independently drive analytics projects - Basic understanding of APIs and database - Basic understanding of AI agents - Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage In this role, you will have the opportunity for direct exposure to leadership strategic decision-making, as well as multi-vertical exposure, providing you with a fast-paced learning curve.
