Job Description
As a MarTech Campaign Lead at EY, you will be responsible for overseeing activities related to Brand Marketing and Communications. Your role will involve leading Marketo and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) projects, executing campaigns end-to-end, driving process improvements, and implementing marketing technology strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. Your blend of technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and leadership skills will be key in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee Customer Journey Analytics tool implementation and product usage across different countries and regions, designing and building new dashboards aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Drive and lead campaign management leveraging marketing technologies aligned with the Martech strategy and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant content, assets, and target audience parameters are received for campaign execution.
- Act as a Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert in Marketing Automation and Martech tools, supporting stakeholder queries and liaising with regional teams.
- Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of marketing automation campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives and campaigns.
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring that external campaigns and online content align with the firms brand and business strategy.
**Qualifications Required:**
- University degree or college diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 9-10 years of experience in Digital/email marketing strategy, stakeholder management, and leadership roles.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with strong technical and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with complex, multi-national organizations and adherence to data privacy and integrity rules.
**Skills and Attributes for Success:**
- Experience with MarTech tools, preferably in Adobe Marketo Engagend CJA.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Agile planning and project management.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
