As an Insights and Shopper Insights Manager at Unilever, you will play a crucial role in driving growth opportunities and enhancing efficiency in the e-commerce channel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the voice of the shopper by integrating Unilever shopper and category knowledge with custom research.
  • Providing insights that inspire transformational business actions and contribute to sustainable marketplace impact.
  • Leading e-commerce and shopper insights initiatives, gaining a deep understanding of omnichannel shopper behavior and decisions.

  • Offering a fact-based, strategic, and shopper-centric viewpoint.
  • Communicating the voice of the shopper, including attitudes, behaviors, motivations, barriers, and pain points.
  • Connecting insights to create integrated, inspiring category growth stories for informing business decisions.
  • Effective Deployment and Content:
  • Driving impactful media capabilities on e-commerce to enhance brand superiority.
  • Reinforcing deployment principles and driving efficiency.
  • Fill Knowledge Gaps:
  • Identifying foundational and channel-specific knowledge gaps in e-commerce.
  • Creating and leading a research agenda to deliver actionable insights.
  • Analytical Proficiency:
  • Comfortably analyzing sales, panel, and social media data.
  • Leveraging data sources to provide actionable learnings and insights aligned with business objectives.
