Job Responsibilities

Assemble components and sub-assemblies as per work instructions and drawings

Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
-
Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks during the assembly process

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and housekeeping norms
-
Report defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the supervisor
-
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
-
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality
-
Assist in minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance if required
-
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow
