Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an Engineer, Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions. Your role will involve implementing solutions that make use of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and Large Language Models. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to ensure business needs are translated into scalable AI systems. Key Responsibilities: - Support the execution of ML, NLP, LLM deliverables in line with AI strategies. - Contribute to the development of custom ML, Gen AI, NLP, LLM models for batch and stream processing-based AI ML pipelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems. - Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative approaches. - Apply best practices in data privacy, security, and biases in AI systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in AI/ML model development. - Experience working with machine learning frameworks, programming languages like Python, and cloud platforms. - Ability to learn and adapt to recent technologies. - Understanding of ethical considerations in AI systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of AI/ML techniques. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in deploying Gen AI solutions at scale, fine-tuning LLMs, SLMs, teacher-student frameworks, and model distillation. Familiarity with human in the loop methods for aligning LLMs with human preferences and agentic framework platforms is a plus. Experience in deploying agentic-based solutions would be advantageous.
