Role Overview: As an AI Engineer - AI Product at our company, your main responsibility will be to build and deliver AI capabilities that are essential for enhancing customer-facing products. You will be focusing on applied machine learning and deep learning, ensuring that the models are designed to deliver real-world accuracy, performance, and reliability. Your role will involve working closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional AI solutions, contributing to model development, inference pipelines, and continuous improvements based on real usage and data. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models according to product requirements. - Implement efficient inference pipelines suitable for production environments. - Optimize model accuracy, latency, and robustness for real-world data. - Analyze model outputs, error cases, and edge conditions to drive improvements. - Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI components into applications. - Provide support for pilots, customer deployments, and issue resolution in live systems. Qualification Required: - 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML or deep learning. - Proven track record of building models used in production systems. - Strong understanding of model behavior beyond offline metrics. - Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Practical, execution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
