Job Description
As a Business Development & Sales Professional at Jyoti World Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in the Homeware Division and sustainable recycled plastic products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new B2B clients such as Dairies, FMCG, Logistics, EPCs, Manufacturing Units, and Corporates.
- Conducting field visits, client meetings, and product presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Generating a minimum of 50 new leads every month and converting inquiries into confirmed orders to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintaining CRM and sales funnel tracking for effective management.
- Coordinating with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Ensuring strong follow-ups for repeat business and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
In order to excel in this role, you must meet the following primary requirements:
- Possessing 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Channel Sales, or General Trade.
- Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Having field sales experience and a target-oriented mindset.
- Having market exposure in plastics, manufacturing, logistics, or construction sectors.
- Previous experience in General Trade would be an added advantage.
