Role Overview:
As a Business Branch Manager Sales at AVPL INTERNATIONAL, you will be responsible for leading branch-level sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. Your role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales for the assigned territory.
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Execute local sales strategies to capture market share in the assigned territory.
- Provide feedback on sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting structure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution.
Qualification Required:
- Education: MBA (Sales / Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably branch-level.
- Previous experience in sales or agriculture industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and manage field operations.
