Job Description
As an Applied AI ML Associate within Card Services at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in developing AI/ML based tools and capabilities for Card Marketing Campaign Validation. Your responsibilities will include defining the AI-driven validation roadmap, architecting end-to-end AI checks for campaign authoring workflows, building AI/ML models to enhance final reads, and partnering with various teams to operationalize AI capabilities and standardize measurement. You will be expected to automate quality metrics, provide executive-ready insights, integrate with upstream and downstream systems, and champion quality-as-a-service to drive continuous improvement in validation processes. Your focus on customer obsession will be pivotal in understanding and improving the end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the AI-driven validation roadmap for Acquisition and Existing Customer Card Marketing.
- Architect end-to-end AI checks for campaign authoring and execution workflows.
- Build AI/ML models to enhance final reads and generate actionable recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI capabilities and standardize measurement.
- Automate quality metrics and evolve the learning agenda using best practices.
- Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations on the portfolio roadmap.
- Integrate with upstream and downstream systems to ensure seamless tooling.
- Champion quality-as-a-service to prevent errors and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate customer obsession by improving the end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in Gen AI builds, Agents, and MCP.
- Proficiency in Python, typescript, streamlit, and UI design.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning methods.
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Ability to design and implement complex algorithms for recommendation systems.
- Experience in data integration and real-time data processing.
- Understanding of marketing and campaign testing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) techniques.
- Experience with deploying ML models on cloud platforms like AWS.
- Prior experience in credit card marketing and in-market testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience.
- Proven track record in leading AI tool development and implementation.
