**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Information Architecture Strategy**
• Define logical content structures and taxonomy models.
• Develop scalable navigation systems for enterprise websites.
• Create detailed sitemaps and content organization frameworks.
• Ensure consistency across digital properties.
• **User Flow & Journey Design**
• Map user journeys aligned with business objectives.
• Define task-based flows to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX strategy with marketing and product goals.
• **Heuristics & Usability Governance**
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability reviews.
• Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.

• Translate research insights into structured IA deliverables.

**Required Experience & Skills:**

• 812+ years in UX / Information Architecture roles
• Proven experience defining IA for enterprise-scale websites
• Strong understanding of usability principles and interaction design
• Experience creating sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes
• Familiarity with UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro)
• Robust stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
